FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Data Depth Corporation Changes Its Name to iCopyright, Inc.
Company focusing on its roots

SEATTLE, Washington, November 1, 2006 -- Data Depth Corporation announced today that it has officially changed its name to iCopyright, Inc. Data Depth Corp was founded by Mike O’Donnell in 2000 after he left iCopyright, which he founded in 1998. Data Depth subsequently acquired the assets of iCopyright in 2001.

“Changing the company name to iCopyright brings me full circle,” said Mike O’Donnell, iCopyright’s Chief Executive Officer. “When I left iCopyright to start Data Depth Corp, it was to devote my attention and resources to another opportunity entirely. However, I could never stop thinking about iCopyright. The vision was too powerful. When the company was put up for sale, I jumped at the chance to buy it back. It is fitting that we officially retire Data Depth Corp and go forward as iCopyright, Inc.”
