FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
iCopyright Releases Conductor 2.0 and Upgrades to Clip&Copy
SEATTLE, Washington, February 15, 2007 -- iCopyright announced today a major upgrade to Conductor, its copyright licensing and management system for online publishers. As part of the 2.0 release, iCopyright also launched a significant upgrade to Clip&Copy, its news alert and press clippings service for executives and information professionals. Conductor enables publishers to more effectively preserve their copyrights, license their content for commercial use, and to grant and monetize free-use permissions. Clip&Copy allows individuals and institutional users to find and use the content that is most important to them.
“We are proud of the rapid improvements we continue to make to our technology,” said Michael O’Donnell, iCopyright Founder and CEO. “We have released enhancements to the integrated iCopyright and Clip&Copy platform every month for the last 10 months. This release was a significant leap forward. Our publisher clients and corporate users keep telling us what they need, and we keep delivering it. That’s the mark of a technology leader in any space.”
Publishers can sign up free and add the iCopyright tag to their content by visiting http://license.icopyright.net/publisher/wizardSignup.act.
